The first bill you receive after subscribing to the “Local & Long Distance 1500 Minute Plan” will include the monthly charge, plus a prorated charge for the number of days you had the plan during the previous month. In addition, if you had our local service or a bundle prior to adding this plan, you will see prorated credits & charges for the removal of these services and any features you may have been paying for that are now included in this plan. Recommended for residential voice calling only. This plan uses Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) to transport calls between carriers. FAX transmissions may be intermittent. We recommend FAX lines remain on a dedicated line carried by a traditional long distance carrier. For residential customers and primary lines only. The line must be installed within the residential living quarters and line sharing is prohibited. Customer does not qualify for this plan if there is a business line installed at the same physical location. We do not allow this plan to be used for any dial-up Internet service or 900 calls. If dial-up calls are discovered, a 15 cent per minute charge will apply to those calls, and the plan will be removed from the account. If 900 calls are discovered, the associated cost for those calls will be applied to your bill. Service order charge will apply. All operator handled calls are excluded from this calling plan (example: directory assistance, 0+, 0-, etc.)
