We are committed to the health and wellbeing of our customers, our employees, and our communities.  As the Coronavirus situation continues to evolve, we rely on health and safety information from experts to ensure the decisions we make are consistent with local community, state, and federal standards.

At this time, we have made the necessary decision to postpone the following events:

  1. Green Hills Telephone Corporation Annual Meeting scheduled for March 27th. Rescheduling information will be sent to the members once a future date has been confirmed.
  2. USDA ReConnect Grant Information Meeting. In lieu of a face-to-face meeting, information about our ReConnect grant and future construction plans can be found on our website at greenhills.net/reconnect/.

We are currently evaluating each repair or service appointment to determine the best course of action for assuring each customer has access to essential services such as 911 and Internet access to meet home-based work and online educational requirements.

To adhere to social distancing recommendations, we are encouraging our customers to avoid in-office and in-home visits and encouraging contact via online or over the phone.  Our customer service representative are available Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm to review payment options and answer service questions. Likewise, our helpdesk is available 24/7 to troubleshoot service issues should they arise. We are also very active on our Facebook page and can be reached via public or private messages.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we navigate through this quickly changing situation. Service continuity remains our top priority and we are evaluating how to best serve our customers in this unique time. Through it all, you can count on Green Hills Communications to deliver exceptional service and meet your technology needs.  Should you have any questions, please contact our office at 660-644-5411.

We wish good health and safety for all.

David Adams, General Manager
