Bills are mailed during the first of each month. Payment is due upon receipt and considered delinquent on the 25th day of the month. If payment becomes delinquent, a written service disconnection notice will be sent via first-class mail. Green Hills will also make a reasonable effort to contact the customer via phone (if on file) at least 24 hours in advance of service disconnection.
