Katie Basham, our 2020 FRS Youth Tour winner was excited and ready to go on her all-expense paid trip to Washington DC. Then COVID hit and her trip was cancelled at the last minute. Due to the unprecedented circumstances, Green Hills Communications provided Katie with an $1,100 college scholarship to help replace her trip and assist in furthering her education.
