Congratulations, Elizabeth Ratliff, on being our 2022 Washington Youth Tour winner! Elizabeth will join over 100 rural high school students from across the nation to tour Washington, DC. She will spend five days learning about legislative and government processes, the importance of quality broadband connections, and touring several famous historical sites and monuments.
