This year, Green Hills is introducing a new Annual Meeting format designed to give more members the opportunity to participate. By expanding voting options and offering greater flexibility in how members engage, we’re making it easier than ever to have your voice heard—no matter your schedule or location. This updated approach reflects our commitment to innovation, accessibility, and serving our members in ways that fit how they live and connect today, while still preserving the Cooperative business that matters most.

Members will now have multiple ways to take part in the Annual Meeting process, including convenient online voting and in-person drive-thru voting events. These options are designed to remove barriers to participation while maintaining a formal business meeting to conduct Cooperative affairs and share election results. Together, these updates ensure members can stay informed, involved, and connected in a way that works best for them.

While the updated Annual Meeting format will no longer include a meal or prize drawings at the formal business meeting, members are still encouraged to participate and be rewarded for doing so. Members who vote online during the voting period can conveniently make their voice heard from anywhere. Those who attend one of the drive-through voting events will receive an Annual Meeting gift and a $25 bill credit. All members who vote—online or at a drive-through event—will be entered into prize drawings for 1, 3, and 6 months of free internet, a Garmin smartwatch, and a YETI cooler. We will announce our prize winners the week after voting concludes, leading up to the business meeting. This new structure ensures every member has an opportunity to participate in a way that works best for them, while still offering meaningful incentives for engagement.
